Eagles Basketball Terms and Conditions

1 Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

2 Eagles or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

3 Eagles reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

4 You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - *relevant contact details*.

5 You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.

6 Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

7 You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

8 We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances

9 We don't issue refunds if school has closed for teachers/ train strikes as this is beyond our control. Please check with Eagles as sometimes these sessions will go ahead if the school is open and running a limited timetable.

10 If there are any sessions missed due to coach absence Eagles basketball will offer a make up session, or parents will be refunded.

11 All refunds are to the discretion of Eagles basketball.
